statistics on the web site, ( http://www.gkcmrre.com) I used Auto Cad 6 Lt
to design and coordinate the plan for the latest show. I was responsible for
contacting and selling tables to vendors, contacting and coordinating floor
space for exhibitors, societies, and artists. This position is critical to the
success of the show and occurs over the span of the year prior to the two-day
show. I must be an ambassador to the host facility (Union Station KC) and the
organizations participating in the show.
I am the show representative first, foremost, and apparent. I must
arrange for tables, chairs, curtains, literature, administrative facilities,

safety of approximately 6000 attending patrons in order to raise maintenance
and acquisition funding for the Weekend ‘N’ Gineers

success. The chairman may hold a higher rank, but I’m
the person who gets the job done.
